Dental Assisting Department Guidelines

To ensure that classes and laboratories are conducted in a safe, professional, and organized manner, all students are required to follow the following guidelines:

1. No Mobile Phone Use During Classes

Mobile phones must be placed in the designated area (shelf) before the class begins. The use of mobile phones inside the classroom is not permitted without the instructor’s permission.

2. Wearing the Institute ID Badge

All students are required to wear their institute ID badge visibly whenever they are inside the institute.

3. Punctuality

Students must be ready before the instructor enters the classroom. Students who arrive after the instructor will be marked as late.

4. Practical Class Rules

All students must wear a lab coat at all times in medical laboratories and during hospital visits.

Students without a lab coat will not be permitted to enter the medical laboratories.

Female students: Hair must be tied back, and closed-toe shoes must be worn.

5. Care of Equipment

All laboratory equipment and materials must be cleaned after use and returned to their designated places.

6. Permission to Leave the Classroom

Students may leave the classroom during class only with the instructor’s permission.
